Great print, horrible packing and shipping

Beautiful print, love the artwork. .. however, the packing and shipping were not appropriate for the items snet. Our print arrived badly damaged due to only being in a cardboard box with no inner protection. Please correct the shippjng manner to avoid damaged work.
