Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which may be around 8-10 days. All of our products are produced to order so they may take longer than if we were able to stock products locally. We also use outside printing sources so their lead times may vary due to a high volume of orders, or issues such as the Covid-19 shut-downs. Shipping service problems that are out of our control may also cause delays.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wardon@msn.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All of our products are printed specifically for you due to the large volume of different images and styles we offer. Because they are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If there is a quality issue with your product whether caused by shipping or printing errors, we will replace it at no cost or refund your purchase. Please email pictures showing the issue(s) including the packaging to teamhenry@itsahenry.com.
